A Blazing Blue Eye

I don't own Undertale or MHA. They are owned by Toby Fox and Kohei Horikoshi respectively.

I'm rather garbage at summaries and descriptions, but basically this is a story, a what if, Izuku who had a quirk that acts like Sans' powers from undertale.

Izu-jiro is the main, and maybe the only ship.
