Todoroki is a person in his third year, barely hanging alive. He became his old self again, shutting him self out, keeping his emotions inside. That's happened ever since he found out one of his own blood line wanted to kill him. He couldn't even process it so instead he shut himself out. He just needs to pass his last year, that's all. Sure he has gotten a bit closer to his classmates but he still keeps his distance. Him and Bakugo are still rivals and sometimes bicker with each other. But a lot of them have changed over the years.
