He didn't want a "faggot" for a son. But Travis didn't be in his shitty shadow anymore. He had to say this off his chest. He just had to. But how could he, the person he loved with feeling be didn't know, would be the very enemy of his father, and his cult.

He was miserable, gay and being suffocated by the grip of his father's religiousness. Sal Fisher- the new kid in town, the exact thing Travis hated. Gay and transgender, on the outside happy with his life. On the inside, dying from a heart disease and living with a verbally abusive alcoholic father. Both were miserable, though it was hardly obvious to outsiders. They were polar opposites yet the exact same. Brought together by the very same religiousness that was slowly killing them, the two are at first enemies. Though after growing together, they make a decision. They were going to run away. He never had that special home. Even from childhood he didnt have it good, his father got worse over the years and the forced cristianity took a tole on the boy. Soon his last year of highschool, he met a boy. A boy who would forever change him. Travis met the boy and was a total nunce to him, soon though he would begin to question everything. Why he thought about him so much. Why he wanted to hug him, why he dreamt about kissing him. Why everything reminded him of sal. But as that all happened, he tried to pray and push it down. He tried to take it out on himself. Tried to take it out on sal. He tried to get sal away and distance himself and couldn't understand why the feelings only got stronger. He would soon find out and learn how to exept his sexuality. Though his father was in the way of that being fully successful.. Travis struggles, a lot. It would be hilarious to say he is a kind boy to others except- he may be? He struggles with all the pressure from his family but will someone be there to help him?
