"𝐌𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐦," softly uttered the doctor.

The diagnosis is clear; Alessia had lost the ability to utter a single word for nearly a month. Her parents, initially unconcerned, grew tense upon hearing the news, overcome by a blend of emotions that the doctor couldn't interpret.

"𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚 ?" her father spoke through his clenched teeth.

The professional replied affirmatively. However, a problem arose: the only known specialist was located in North Blue, on the other side of the world.

In order to find this renowned doctor, an important decision was made :

Alessia had to embark on a journey and meet her uncle halfway, whom she had never met before and who had been residing in the region for over twenty years.

However, the seemingly straightforward journey ahead was destined to be far more complicated than she anticipated...

What adventures will she experience? Will she regain her voice? Who is this peculiar, daring, and robust uncle whom her parents have always avoided? And above all, what would happen if Alessia were to be more than what her status as a mute child suggests?
