Inari Hayasaka is a young teen from Japan whose name was drawn from a lottery to determine who would get to spend their summer at Promise Resort. He, along with 14 other lottery winners, must board the plane to the island, but tragedy strikes once they get onto the plane, and the plane comes crashing down. To their surprise, they wake up at the resort and meet Rouge Le Doux, who tells them they'll live the rest of their lives there unless they kill. Will the 15 students bring themselves to kill their friends, or will they be trapped at Despair Resort for the rest of their lives?
