The story revolves around, the daughter of Ukiyo Ace, Ukiyo Mitsumi and the Riders she has chosen in her own Desire Grand Prix in the world of the PreCures. During a DGP season, Mitsumi accidentally meets Misumi Nagisa, Yukishiro Honoka, and Kujou Hikari, the first Pretty Cures. After Mitsumi defeated the final boss Jyamato and became the Desire God, for some reason Hikari had memories of what happened before the world was recreated.

In that situation, Hikari was chosen to become a Rider and she was also the first PreCure to join the DGP.

A new game has begun.

A DGP of Mitsumi and the Riders she chose.

What are the mysteries behind the Jyamato appearing in this world? And what is their purpose?

Hime shirayuki, a princess from the blue sky kingdom empire, joins as the fight as precure named cure princess,but always find herself running away scared. Given a crystal of love by alongside her, hime goes to the city of pikarigaoka and randomly throw the crystal in the air, deciding the partner up with whoever it lands upon. This person turn out to be megumi aino, a kind hearted girl always looking to help others, who is recruited by hime to fight band her side as cure lovely. Using the power the power of the precard and their changing form along cure honey, cure fortune, they form the happiness charge precure team as they given the task to collect all of the precard and defend the earth against the phantom. When, Akihito and his friends save the world from evil or not. Destroyed it all, connect it all!
