The story revolves around, the daughter of Ukiyo Ace, Ukiyo Mitsumi and the Riders she has chosen in her own Desire Grand Prix in the world of the PreCures. During a DGP season, Mitsumi accidentally meets Misumi Nagisa, Yukishiro Honoka, and Kujou Hikari, the first Pretty Cures. After Mitsumi defeated the final boss Jyamato and became the Desire God, for some reason Hikari had memories of what happened before the world was recreated.

In that situation, Hikari was chosen to become a Rider and she was also the first PreCure to join the DGP.

A new game has begun.

A DGP of Mitsumi and the Riders she chose.

What are the mysteries behind the Jyamato appearing in this world? And what is their purpose?
