Meet Tino Tonitini, Petratishkovna "Tish" Katsufrakis, Lorraine "Lor" J. McQuarrie and Carver René Descartes, four diverse middle school students in Bahia Bay, Southern California, descendants to the first ancestors of their families, each with the Element of Water, Earth, Fire, and Air. Now, They lived in the sewer junction underneath New York City, adopted by their adoptive father/sensei who's a rat named Master Splinter, future descendant of The Hamato Clan, a ninja clan that would bring peace and order throughout the battlefield, thought them the Art of Ninjutsu while meeting new and old friends as they fight The Hamato Clan's arch rival, The Foot Clan, led by Oroku Saki A.K.A The Shredder.
