Astra's confused. She woke up two weeks ago in a strange facility, with the wrong name and wrong age in her head. And zero memories of her life. Then she finds the Avengers. She finds her real name, a father in Tony Stark, a family in the rest of the team, and strikes up an unexpected friendship with the villain of her origin story. But she's still confused. Life is a hard thing, and it's made worse when you're a former HYDRA assassin, when your father is Iron Man, when you keep getting new superpowers, when you keep getting hurt, and when you have a confusingly undefined relationship with a trickster god. Most confusing of all, Astra was never even supposed to be here.
None of these characters are mine, except for Astra. They are all the property of the Marvel Cinematic Universe and Marvel Comics. Similarly, much of the dialogue is taken from the movies. Again, none of this is written by me. The story is partially mine, but much of the dialogue and the characters do not belong to me.

Full title: Of Life And Hope (Marvel X OCish Fem! Reader) --- Your life had never been easy as you were shuffled around different orphanages while you claimed fake last names to survive in this world. Why? You didn't know. You just knew you were different. A bad different, for most people. The only thing you still had was hope. ... And your friends, your stuff, your life, your knowledge, etc. But the point stayed - this wasn't your place in the world and you were about to find out what was. --- Note 1: So here's a bit of backstory: - The fanfiction doesn't follow the storyline at the start, though it might come to chill on it every once in a while or perhaps towards the end. - This is set after Civil War and Homecoming, during Ragnarok BUT there is the little twist that Hela died (before Thor and Loki were born) in a battle so Ragnarok doesn't happen - it's just set in the time where it did... Loki x Reader: Into the MCU
NOTE: Definitely an Avenger's fic as much as a Loki one. It's kinda mixed "reader" and original character. I couldn't help but give her personality and, for reasons explained further down, a name. Still, if it was a true oc I'd have gone into greater depths with her background and put way more character preferences and stuff than I do, tho I still do sometimes. So it's not completely oc and is written in second person like an insert. Ok, on with the summary: Wren is your average nerd who, by means unknown to everyone, manages to open a portal to 2015 MCU. She sets off with the Avengers to stop the future events, such as Civil War, Ragnarok, Infinity War, and Endgame. Loki, her favorite character, is dragged into the mix, and she has to learn how to handle Loki in the flesh. Wren must adapt to the reality of being in the MCU, while also making sure that her love for the character Loki doesn't get her stabbed in the back by the live version. (yeah, basically the reader is dragged into the MCU in 2015, but has knowledge of movies from 2021. She does what any fan might do with that information and situation. Loki and Reader relationship is a main focus, because I couldn't help myself, but Avengers and MCU life is a big part.) Please forgive grammatical errors. Also, chapters later on get longer, but the first few are short because I was just having fun at first. I have the name Wren inserted for Y/N simply because my friend, when reading it, gave her that name so we didn't have to keep saying Y/N. It ended up sticking, and I found myself typing Wren instead of Y/N. It kinda is her name now, like Tony makes nicknames based off of it. A Tale of Mischief and Mutants
When Samantha a mutant and X-man is rescued from her captors by S.H.I.E.L.D she finds comfort from an unlikely source. This story follows the relationship between my OC Samantha Howlett and everyone's favorite Jotun Loki Odinson. This is an AU where the X-men have existed in the MCU since the very beginning they are involved in the events that take place in the MCU such as the battle of New York and other "Avengers level threats." In this AU Thor Ragnarok goes down slightly differently with Thor loosing his hammer when he falls from the bifrost instead of it being broken by Hela. He finds it later and figures out its no match for Hela. Thor then goes to forge Stormbreaker which is also not strong enough and he's forced to allow Ragnarok to take place. Thanos is killed prior to 2018 so he never gets the infinity stones and most of the events in Infinity War and Endgame do not occur. In this AU Spider-Man has a public identity now and everyone's knows Peter Parker is Spider-Man. He didn't flip out like he does in the movies because Tony is there to help him through it. Magic works slightly differently than it does in the movies because I wrote this before some of the rules with it were established and it's too late to change it now for story reasons. There are also other differences that luckily can be explained away via the multiverse. Though I try to draw a lot of inspiration from the main MCU timeline and work with the continuity that gives me it's not always possible to do because of how this story needs to play out. TRIGGER WARNINGS: Strong language, violence, some sexual content (honestly not much more than a PG-13 movie would show) mentions and descriptions of physical abuse and sexual abuse.
