☾ - Stan, a once-promising student, now faces the haunting aftermath of his accidental overdose. When he comes back from rehab his family struggles to trust him again, leading to constant surveillance and stringent rules. He grapples with the label of a "troubled kid," his parents' divorce breaking apart his family, and a promise of keeping his sobriety.

☀︎︎ - Kyle returns to his hometown of South Park after four years of living in New Jersey. Upon returning, he finds his family facing financial ruin as a result of his father's gambling addiction; Kyle must balance school, work, and the fear of losing everything. When an opportunity arises to alleviate his family's financial struggles, Kyle faces a difficult decision. Reluctantly drawn into a dangerous path, he juggles his inner conflicts of honor, shame, and the fear of scratching his spotless record.

☆ - Ocean Avenue, a hidden area by Stark's Pond, provides solace for the two as they navigate their troubled pasts and present challenges. The rhythmic waves and vast ocean provide a sanctuary for late-night conversations, traditions, and celebrations.

(IMPORTANT) A/N: When reading this, please keep in mind that this is a fan-fiction set in another universe where different things have happened in the timeline. They've grown into dumb teenagers (seniors in high school, might I add) making dumb decisions and don't know how to handle what they have. I've realized that the characterization in this story strays pretty far from how they act in the show, so don't expect their personalities to be exact or whatever. This is just an idea I've had and gone through with it anddd yeahhh.
