    Tommy, a 16-year-old orphan, was an 'ordinary' teenager who established the small business, Avia's Cafe. He belongs to a distinct group called Avians; known for their peaceful and serene nature. Consequently, Tommy strictly prohibits any form of violence or disruptive behavior from anyone who sets foot in his cafe (He gets very snappy when a wrong'un comes by). Avia, the birthplace of the Avian breed, inspired the name of the cafe.
    
    Somehow, the cafe has become a neutral ground for all individuals, including villains, heroes, and vigilantes; they have collectively agreed to abide by a code of nonviolence. Within the cafe's premises, no arrests, harm, or injuries are permitted. Heroes, villains and vigilantes all have decided that they will protect this establishment as well protect all employees who work there.All Rights Reserved
