The same different world

Ever wonder how different some places are compared to yours? Ever wanted to see how much different they truly are? Well look no further than Elmore, a city located in California, with an estimated population of 20,000! Regarded as the weirdest place on earth, even by the quirk society's standards, it could be confused with a different reality, with it's own laws of the universe.

Izuku Midoriya, fresh out of 1st year of U.A., ready to enjoy summer break with his new girlfriend Ochako Uraraka, have fun with friends and do some hero work. That was the plan, at least.
On the final day, he was called to the principal's office. He was told about a program where they send their best students to someplace in the world, and he was to go to a city located in U.S. California. He would be living with a family that was already informed of this, and was now only awaiting his response. With the okay from his mother and girlfriend, he accepted.

They told him he wasn't obligated to do any hero work, and to simply observe and enjoy his paid vacation type duty. Now, it's time to live a life in a new weird home, with new friends, and crazy adventures!
