At the age of ten he was summoned to a new world that was home to some 'people' who were also from earth. One day his Lord and Protector found a way to send him home with all his Skills intact. After arriving back on Earth he set his mind on doing all he could to save people's lives as a Hero. He thought he could fake it and make it through. He was wrong. Half way through, Kirishima notices how scared the smaller boy is. He decides to take matters into his own hands, or rather take Izuku into his own hands. When it ends up not helping very much, Kirishima just grabs him and they both leave.
