News spread out in Hogwarts, in which a ghost wearing a Gryffindor uniform was haunting the Slytherin common room. That ghost in question was Harry Potter, who came from the future! As to why he's haunting that particular common room was because he wants to change the future.

So for the timeline, Voldemort came back in year three, and the triwizard tournament is still on, and Voldy is just planning on killing Harry.
