"Promise me we'll stay connected." Dylan whispered into my ear. His embrace is warm and I can feel his heart pound in his chest. 

"I promise." I breathed. Dylan pulled back and when he did his eyes searched into my own. For a brief moment they lowered down to my lips. 

"Saber I-"

"Dylan we have to leave." His manager called out. "Plane leaves in an hour." Dylan looked at me apologetically and I shook my head. 

"It's okay." I smiled. "Tell me when you come back."

He nodded his head and squeezed me one more time before heading off. I waved goodbye. What I didn't show him is the tears that spilled down my cheeks and onto lips.

Moved homes a lot, moved schools a lot. Never really settled down anywhere, or had friends. She has always wanted to find someone that is related to her, but has had no luck. She also just wants to stay somewhere for a while, so she can make friends. But as the saying goes, be careful what you wish for.
