Izuku understands quite a lot, even for an alley cat he's unusually smart. He's definitely superior to a pampered common housecat. The world is filled with beauty and mystery primed to tickle his curiosity. However one fact always remains true, he hates humans. All he's ever known from them is pain and fake or conditional kindness.
