Despite their best efforts, the heroes were unable to save Deku, and he remained in the clutches of the villains. What happened next is a mystery. Did the heroes eventually rescue Deku, or did he succumb to the grasp of the villains and turned against his friends? Was he able to overcome the darkness within him, or did he succumb to it completely? Only time will tell...
