Minjun loved his wife Hye more than anything in the world. She was his everything, his soulmate, and the love of his life. They had been together for over 5 years, and Minjun couldn't imagine life without her by his side. So when he found out that she was having an affair, it completely destroyed him.
He had suspected something was wrong for a while but he was blinded by his love towards her, didn't want to believe the signs he saw and ignored them. It wasn't just the late night phone calls, the long hours at "work", the changes in behavior and the strange text messages he saw on her phone. He convinced himself that it was nothing, that he was just being paranoid and everything was fine.
Until one day, he walked in on Hye with another man in their bedroom. The shock, the pain, the betrayal, it all came crashing down on him at once. He was devastated, heartbroken, and completely blindsided by the revelation.
But despite the pain he felt, Minjun was still kind and loving towards Hye. He couldn't bring himself to hate her or resent her for what she had done. He loved her too much, and deep down, he still believed that she was his one and only. So he forgave her and worked on repairing their marriage, no matter how hard it was.
