Ethan Rifts hates space, and yet he has joined a space faring crew of a small ship called the Hook Line to escape the troubles on his homeworld. The Hook Line crew needs an extra hand for an easy contract they took, and Ethan figures it will be worth it. They get help, and he gets away and can start over. Everyone wins. The crew heads to the distant planet of Onyx for their job, but upon arrival, they find that something has gone wrong. The space port is missing, and they get a distress signal and an encrypted signal coming from a badly damaged colony ship called Bon Voyage. Upon entering the colony ship, they find a message on a wall.

From that moment on, it becomes a fight for survival against an unknown alien species and psychotic survivors, and watching it all is an eccentric announcer who calls himself the Voice. He claims he can stop the aliens and help Ethan Rifts and his team, but first they have to help him. However, there is more to Bon Voyage and the Hook Line crew, and maybe the events are not so random after all.

He is at risk for failing his senior year due to many absences, low grades and not meeting other requirements for graduation. However, the principal gives him an opportunity to do some volunteering work to earn credits that will transfer to his record that will help him make it. Given a few options, Y/N decides to volunteer at the library where there is program simply called "The Kids Club" as he loves working with kids. Making his decision, he signs up for it and goes to meet both the other volunteers and the kids. He is happy with the volunteer work and only has to be there for three months before graduation to get those credits. But, along the way weird things started to happen like people disappearing, the kids acting weird and differently with Y/N and acting kind of hostile towards anyone else not Y/N. Though this is a shallow story that was written by just a young and naïve middle school girl (me), you may still find amusement in the poorly developed writing skills, the shaky yet apparent unraveling of the story, and the fact that no matter how bad things seem to be, everyone still manages to smile! Hence, the sarcastic title I gave it when I was older. FOR YOUR AMUSEMENT: If anyone cares to know, the whole story was inspired by a little book I had about strange disappearances in the Bermuda Triangle, a "make pretend" or role playing game I made up with my little brother based on that book, and the videogame "Free Doom". This was a free version of the classic Doom, and I was running it in the Risen3d engine with different character models.
