It was supposed to be a simple operation, 'Get in, find our missing assets, and get out', but things couldn't be that simple. We uncovered a paper trail, curiosity took hold and we followed it. We uncovered a greater conflict amongst Copper-9.

The drones, they were meant to be simple slaves for humanity. Yet, they adapt, they resist our attempts to strike them down, and thrive. And now, we're the ones to face their resistance.

Sent from beyond to slaughter all of the cowardly workers who hide in bunkers for fear of death. Except Mallory. The bastard only stays inside to sleep all day in a nice warm bed and gives lip to anyone that wakes him up. So when a surprisingly short Murder Drone waltzes right into the bunker, panic ensues, and panic makes noise, and noise tends to wake people up. == Story of a sleepy eepy guy who wishes to his sleep paralysis demon that people would leave him the [BEEP] alone. But where's a good story where everything goes the way someone wants? Got the idea from some art randomly and thought, " Ay, that's pretty good."

Copper-9 is what you would call a wasteland. After an incident that destroyed the planets Core, humans moved into space. The only inhabits are nuclear radiation, frozen corpses of humans, and the drones. Worker Drones was weak, cowardly, best replacement for humans. Disassembly Drones, though, are a little different. They kill Worker Drones for their oil, and are sent by the humans to collect oil. The two drones, according to each other, cannot coexist together due to one of them needing to kill the other. That's where one drone is much, much different. Enter Z, or Zero, a drone who is both a Worker Drone and Disassembly Drone. He has the humanity of a worker drone, and the skill set of a Dissasemebly Drone, though due to this he was treated like an outcast. Luckily for him though, he meets someone, an outcast like himself a friend to keep him from the darkness. But in the shadows, rises a foe that has been forgotten to time... (P.S. So they can be free and not ordered around, but their parent company didn't like that one bit. So they sent out some new drones in a space pod to take care of them, known as disassembly drones. What they don't know, was that another drop pod was sent to copper-9. Not for the worker or disassembly drones, but for a lone drone trying to survive and escape to a new life. But that's gonna be a struggle for this lone drone due a certain injure... that left them with a broken screen.
