Persona 6: Oubaitori

Oubaitori: The idea that people, like flowers, bloom in their own time and in their own individual ways.

After the loss of her mother to a mysterious illness, 2nd year Suki Ichika is sent to live with her estranged father in the small town of Katayama, where a mysterious agent infects the air all over, causing sickness for all of its residents, except for the equally mysterious Kikyou Falls. While there, she stumbles upon a mysterious other world where the sickness takes the form as dangerous creatures known as Shadows that amplify the sickness, causing death to its victims within a matter of days.

Now, it's up to Suki, her new friends, and their strange new powers to find its cause and stop this plague from destroying the town - and possibly the entire world.
