Times are hard within the Heavens. There is a prophesy that claims all will fall to darkness during the coming war between Heaven and Hell. Except Heaven will not win this war without the help of a unique prophesied messiah. This young "Angel" is not one that belongs in Heaven, Hell or even Sanctuary. Being more of an outcast to all subjects, they will struggle to pick a side to work alongside. Will the heavens accept them into their lives, or will Hell get to them first?

In a universe filled with a multitude of planes, realms, and worlds, resides a group of powerful beings that examine it all. The Diuxals. They wait, century after century, for the evils that threaten worlds across galaxies, hungry for innocent life. Among Ahzrael's time in the stars, an unexpected opportunity falls in his lap. He finds himself in the presence of a weakened yet powerful rival. His people want her dead. She's an abomination. But he sees this as a once in an eternity chance, and keeps her alive. It's a chance for his people to finally rest, to quench the flames of war. A chance for him to redeem himself. Some opportunities, however, have unforeseen, unforgiving consequences. And this ancient enemy, turned ally, has many surprises. In Ahzrael's long life, the cords of the universe have never been this uncertain.
