The Kyuubi, the king of bijuu, the biggest of the nine, was sealed into a blonde haired brat. So, in order for him to at least have a somewhat strong, and likeable host, he alters Naruto. Changes him, morphs him into something powerful. He turns Naruto into something that instills  fear, and commands respect from the most hardened of shinobi. The Kyuubi turned him into a mighty Akuma.
