A direct sequel to Hero Factory: Brain Attack.
Taking place after the events of Brain Attack, Emperor DarkNight, alongside with his supreme leader Von Nebula and the Dark Archlord Black Phantom who seeks revenge on the Alpha 1 Team by creating the evil Factory and turning Cronos into a rogue planet that will destroy Makuhero Planet and other planets. Jordon Clockwork, who is the new rookie in the Alpha 1 team who was confronted by the DarkNight. While the fight starts, he attacks him and he is now barely injured and now escaping this unknowingly inexplicable planet to the Makuhero Planet. Furno, Stormer, Rocka and Jordan Clockwork and all of the Alpha 1 team/Omega Team must destroy DarkNight, Von Nebula and all of the villains from Cronos once for all.
This story contains a lot of references, allusions and some influences from various media. These include (if you don't know these, research these other media up btw in the Trivia and Notes part)

Eggman hasn't attacked for awhile and the Resistance becomes suspicious and ends up finding out that Eggman is coming up with a formula to control Sonic and friends' minds but turns up turning them and accidentally himself into little cute puppies. Will they be able to turn back to normal or will be cute, small, fluffy, and adorible forever. Worse of all, Eggman had a back up plan that he can't no longer prevent with his conditions that would go now against him along with the resistence. This is dedicated to Sonic's Birthday on 6/23.
