To survive you need to eat, to eat you need to trade. True Gallows understands this. True is ugly, mean, and they work alone scavenging the endless dead bodies left behind by a lethal disease. They feed fresh goods into the After Market while civilians turn a blind eye, happy not to have to choose between starvation and joining the shadow dwellers in eating human livers.
When a cult of medics known as the Red Faction starts destroying After Markets, True take a trade to destroy the Faction right back. Armed with their shovel and plagued by their eerie stalker, Radio Silent, they traverse a land of cannibals, overly friendly strangers, and backstabbing, to complete what might end up as their final trade.

((This is targeted to people 16+)) The smell of blood was overwhelming. The scent of the short teen used to have was gone, replaced with the putrid smell of death and rot that covered the whole room and the killer himself. Blood smudged all over the teen and onto the older man as he attempted to escape. He got hungry and tired. He just wanted to eat and then sleep. He was preparing the girl, cutting her body apart and tearing the flesh off the bones, which is why the room was such a mess with her blood. Now, he had the boy in his hands. The hunger overtook him. The sharp pain of large "canine" teeth being plunged into his neck made Cameron scream. It was cut short, his whole body freezing up as the crazy man sunk his large fangs into his neck, ripping a large chunk of the boy's flesh in between his teeth. The pain only got worse when he felt the killer tug harshly, pulling his flesh out... ----- A gang of delinquents becomes lost in a forest, pursued by a frightening masked figure. He hunts them down individually, resembling a stalking wolf, wielding a crude knife fashioned from animal bones. As they struggle to survive, the teens also grapple with the harsh environment that challenges them. I nodded keenly in response to show that I would not challenge his threat. His hand slowly freed my mouth, testing if I would disobey him. He reached into his pocket. A knife, zip tie, and a rag were all revealed. The view made me realize that this could be my last chance to get help. If I did not call out right now, he would take me.
