About the main character:

Delilah Fanning (Lilah) (17) Moves across the country from Florida to Washington with her cousin Elanna Church (23) to escape her memory of the accident. The accident of her uncle who had too much to drink one night and drove, resulting in a car crash. Ever since, Delilah became amaxophobic and was diagnosed with ptsd and later in the story will be diagnosed with cataracts.
