At twenty-two, she finds herself under pressure to marry a wealthy gentleman, as dictated by her godfather. However, Rosy yearns for a different fate. When she receives a letter summoning her to Lister's London mansion to meet a suitable suitor, she hopes for an opportunity to escape her impending engagement.
