This is a short story that is written to express my overflowing emotions right now. I can't really express it in other ways other than writing stories and poetry or singing. I'm a bit overwhelmed by it so I decided to write. This is a tradgedy story about a girl who's deeply in love with her mover who broke up with her. An unusual story that ended tragically.

This is a story that will follow her in the many years she'll have to come of her adolescence. Not every story has a happy ending they say, but if it isn't happy, then that's not the ending. I've been very depressed and heartbroken so, what better than to create a story out of it? "This is my life" details a protagonist going through her teenage years up until the age of 21. Through love, friendship, grief, and heartbreak, you will get to witness what it's like being a young black girl trying to conquer the world. I hope anyone going through either heartbreak, grief, insecurities, mental health declines are able to read this and know that they're not alone! Life can be so ugly at times, but I promise things always get better. Not your typical romance or teen fiction book!
