Good Luck never seems to go Meral's way. 

From drinking soured milk, to getting caught in the rain without a car, it seems as though everything awful seems attracted to her. However, on one gloomy and unlucky day, the trouble that usually finds Meral has seemed to have met its match. When the overly confident and slightly dorky Luke Hemmings rides into her life, Meral starts to think that not all things in life are out to get her; or at least the way that she is used to. She is not sure how to handle his lame attempts at flirting, or his disregard for his own alluring good looks, but she finds herself attached to this strange boy like the ring attached to his lip.
