Emerald Evergreen, a Demacia native, has recently graduated with her journalism degree at Piltover Academy, is dedicated to writing the truth. Sick of the lies and the ignorance of the Council, she moves to the border town of Zaun and Piltover. There, she opens up a coffee shop as a front to her journalism business that will expose the truth and corruption that is the Piltover Council & elite.

However, when two certain pink and blue headed women come into her shop on that rainy tuesday afternoon; Emerald's life will be altered in a way that she will never be able to reverse.
