Rhaegar Targaryen; King Viserys' youngest sibling, who was heir to the Iron Throne. Until he killed an 'innocent' bastard child of one of their cousins in order to protect his niece, Princess Rhaea. Although there is no proof of him doing this, as it was only a large spreading rumor.
