The Overpopulation Control Society has anounced the names of those who are to die this year on September the 13th at exactly 0:01 A.M. No one really knows how it is they all die, just that bells chime and 99 million bodies fall to the ground and never get up again. No one nows what happens after they are dragged out in body bags and buried underneath a trillion flowers brought by the living. No one knows who will remember them or forget them when their name is called out. The Overpopulation Control Society has once again decided who lives and who dies. But this year, Maia Harper, Cassie Adams and Logan Allen's names have been called and their lives stolen.
