Ok, so basically, have you ever wondered (you've probably never wondered) where our oc's, imaginary friends, etc. Did you ever wonder where they go when you're not imagining them? Well, in this story, it follows a group of Imaginaries and all the shenanigans that they do.

What's It Like Outside? [An II Fanfiction]
i disown this fic lmao i made so many weird and uncomfortable writing choices in it. keeping it up for archival purposes only. Baseball, Lightbulb, and eventually Balloon are captured by Test Tube and forced to partake in experiments that slowly get more and more dangerous. Meanwhile, their friends back at Hotel OJ are desperately trying to find them. (Yes, this is another one of those evil Test Tube experiment fics lol) Trigger warnings: kidnapping , torture , psychological distress , unethical experiments , blood descriptions , electrocution , serious injuries (each chapter will have its own tws these are just the commonly reoccurring ones) Inspired by Inanimate Experiments, Experiment 21 & the song Telescope by Cavetown There will be polybrights mentions during the sections at Hotel OJ (or just outside of the lab in general) jic that bothers anyone. (That's Paintbrush x Lightbulb x Test Tube x Fan btw) (Test Tube and Lightbulb's relationship isn't romantic at all after the prologue though dw) Note: This is the first fanfiction I've ever wrote, so it might be a little rough around the edges. Finger Paintings (REBOOT)
After MePhone4 mysteriously dissapeared, the remaining contestants were sent back to Hotel OJ. People picked up new interests, Fan became a famous internet blogger, Suitcase and Balloon became detectives, Test Tube continued her science experiments, ect ect... But what about Paintbrush? That *is* who this story is about, is it not? Yes yes, of course. How would we forget our beloved Paintbrush, famous across all of the seasons of II. What happened to them? Well, they started an art class, every wednesday they would help their students get better at painting. But soon enough, they found a new interest. Finger Painting. They loved how much control they had, they loved how easy it was to glide their finger against the canvas. One day, they accidentally spilt some blood onto their canvas. They tried to rub it away, but.. It felt good. Even better than paint. They loved the feeling of the blood against the canvas, rubbing into it and creating an amazing picture. How could they not like it? But they couldn't use it again, they could use a substitute. And so they would. ~~~~~ ah yes, im better at writing now how did that happen? since im better at writing i thought, why not rewrite my most popular book? its not like its ahha its not like ive got 3 other things to do so yeah finger paintings reboot was born also the death orders might be a little different i will not be making a reboot of revival (unless its highly requested). The ending to this is going to be very different, and will not need a second story. More about the lives they lead without the masks. But just keep in mind, people who live in the world have all different skin colours. Do not assume my characters are of one unless I state them explicitly. and diversity is welcome here in my novel! Anyhow, back to the story. Ever wonder where supervillains go after their fight with the hero? What about the other side of the story? It's not like they sit in their lair cackling all day and planning how to kidnap reporters. What about the lives they lead? And instead of just focusing on that, what if the superhero and the supervillain knew each other? I mean, can they see behind the mask? No, so their identities are secret. So what if the hero and villain were best friends? What if they were roommates? What if they were falling for each other? And what happens when they find out? Now, I assume you know all of these questions will be answered in this book. But hold on. It's going to take a while. You're in for a bumpy ride. And if any of you got any of the references in this description, give yourself a pat on the back. That is a beautiful thing.
