One Moment to Shine

A short cli-fi story (climate fiction) about Lisa trying to save Miami and her family even though she is only 16 years old.
Because of the melting of glaciers, the water level rose which could destroy Miami and her family who lives by the beach. She loves surfing and knowing that she might have to move and live far from the beach breaks her heart.

I originally had to write this story for one of my classes, but I thought I could share it on here as well :)
