Percy's New Life with the Hunt

Percy Jackson was depressed. His mother and stepfather, Paul, died when Zeus struck down the airplane that they were traveling in. All but a few campers hated him because his birth brought on two wars in which many demigods died; the only campers that don’t hate Percy are Nico, Thalia, and surprisingly, Clarisse. Annabeth cheated on Percy with a new camper, Mark, a son of Apollo. Everywhere people went, they glared at Percy, while yelling insults at him. Percy being Percy, ignored the insults and glares while he was out and around camp, but as soon as Percy got to his cabin at night, he would let all the insults and glares take effect. After several more months of this torture that Percy has become used to on a daily basis, Percy decided to direct his depression in a positive approach, as there were still at least three people who cared about him, and began to do what Percy and his mother used to do all the time when Percy was home – play the guitar as well as the piano.
