Izuku Sako is a trans man, who used to be known by his family and neighbors as izumi midoriya, a girl who had the belief that she was a boy, with a so called 'perfect' father, but one day, 'izumi' was reported as missing, and 'her' last known whereabouts were unknown. . .

'izumi's' mother had died minutes after 'she' was born, but 'her' father, hisashi, had abused and raped 'izumi', along with misgendering and deadnaming 'her', thinking 'izumi' as nothing more then hisashi's property that he could use as he saw fit

once 'izumi' was 13, 'she' ran away from home, no longer able to take the abuse 'she' was given, but as 'she' ran, 'she' met a man named, Atsuhiro Sako, or Mr. Compress, who hid 'izumi' from hisashi, and gave 'her'a place to stay, as well as love and support

izumi then changed her name to izuku sako, a trans man, he also took Mr. Compress's last name to make sure he was never found by his father again

two years later, izuku and Mr. compress, started dating, and izuku got a job as a known tattoo artist at a small tattoo shop, while Mr. Compress worked at becoming a known villain alongside the league of villains
