His brother attends the same school. South Korea is very annoying and is always trying to be around his brother. On top of that, he's friends with that pesky and annoying American. As long as North avoids and ignores South he can make it through school without any conflict. Even if he does, China, Soviet, and Russia will jump to his aid.
