She killed Ajax and is now cleaning up his body, leaving no trace behind, just like she's been taught. She doubts Enid would want to be friends if she discovers her true nature, what with her passing out after looking at a still picture of a severed pair of toes.

Oh well, if you can't handle a bit of homicide then good riddance.
