Ten years later after the events of the Retell of Scream 3 Sidney Prescott FELDMAN has now fought the darkness around her as an author to her new book settling down with her high school & college sweetheart Derek who is now a Doctor (Which Mickey said he would in S2) still living in his old hometown Chicago while Gale and Dewey settled back in Woodsboro Dewey is now Sheriff and as for Randy he's now the horror Director of Stab 8 and soon a reunion back in Woodsboro turns into a bloodbath when Ghostface returns targeting not only the gang but Sidney's younger cousin Jill Roberts and her friends
