Kaveh smiled a little at the question, almost letting out a chuckle, "You're being awfully nice." He says as his voice trails off at the last words. "Should I be concerned?" "Shut up Kaveh, I'm just being a good person here. Unless you don't want me to stay here with you and comfort you, I can leave." Alhaitham scoffs and pulls his arm away. Kaveh is quick to pull his arm back and look up at his junior while his chin was resting on his chest, "I don't know what happened to you, but I'll enjoy it while it lasts." Takes place after the Sumeru Archon quest. Al Haitham and kaveh were not together during this story. They both meet in the hospital and acquainted there Two men with heart conditions laid in their beds beside each other at the hospital. They soon started talking and giggling at each other, their soft smiles and glances making the atmosphere more delightful. Al Haitham and Kaveh couldn't keep their eyes off each other, and although their illnesses could never be ignored, they fell in love, finding comfort and peace in each other's company. And as they held hands in their final moments, they shared smiles and whispers, their hearts beating together till the very end. Idea by @chosospartner on tiktok! To Warm Frozen Fingers // A Short Story Collection
I like to write. As you may be able to tell. I haven't been very good at writing lately. As you may also have been able to tell. That's why I've decided to write a short story collection. The stories won't interlink, some may vary wildly and you might even wonder if they were written by the same person (the answer is yes). Overall, I'm aiming to write 23 stories, which was one per day for 23 days but I failed at that (*seethes* college work...) so now I'm just aiming to finish it before winter is over! The stories won't be very long - I'm only allowed to write for 10 minutes per story, just to get me going again (and literally warm my fingers, I get really really cold fingers for some reason) and the most I've ever written in that time is around 500 words.
