Taemin spent a lot of time with Naeun and they fell in love. Taemin proposed to Naeun right before he left for a world tour with the rest of his group, SHINee. Meanwhile, Naeun got into and accident. As Taemin's best friend, Kai decided to help him take care of her for the time being. Naeun lost her memory and ended up remembering only a few years ago when they were not that close and Taemin was always in his own world doing work to earn money for himself. After Taemin joined SHINee and Naeun joined APink, they became closer and had more time to spend together. When Taemin got back after a year, he excitedly went to look up Naeun. Naeun recognised him, but forgot everything that happened between them. Naeun tells him that she only remembered what happened last time. Taemin felt really sad that Naeun forgot him.
