This gets back to the meanest, most god-awful human being on earth: Jessie Cardoza, Chris' smoking hot girlfriend. Jessie makes life hell for Hailey that day on, starting with a brutal beating that shocked the world of Rippers Hill forever, causing Chris to end his relationship with Jessie, but he and the rest of the school soon realize, Jessie Cardoza doesn't leave without a fight. And with Chris fighting his own inner demons and trying to keep his head through all of it, no one knows what can happen in the end...
