Y/n l/n, an adventurous and snarky girl who loves cosmology, has just moved to a new town and is starting 8th grade at Walnut Hill Middle School. She meets a gangster-wannabe, hip hop loving teenage boy named Marlon Winter and befriends him. As they grow closer, y/n starts to develope feelings for him. Does Marlon feel the same about her? She wonders. As the story goes on, Y/n finds out that Marlon bullies a kid named Luis Sonntag, who befriends extraterrestrials.
