What happens when Sophia's father, Alessandro Accardi and Rafe's father, Ward cameron come up with the perfect plan to unite their businesses but they don't think about the two people they're involving in their plan... the two enemies. Though, it's not all bad. Being bathed by sunlight together, spending stolen moments together and the salt air on their tongues leaving a lingering taste of each other they cant stop thinking about. But when things get complicated, the plan is compromised and their families have no idea. Rafe Cameron. Anything he touches is left sucked of life, shrivelled up like a rotting plant on a forgotten windowsill. It was never on purpose though, the happiness used to pour out of him like a waterfall after a heavy flood. His infatuation with Sophia was a constant thought replayed in his mind, like an itch you can't scratch in your brain. Though she reminded him too much of his mother who died when he was younger, the hurt and anger he felt toward her death reflected onto Sophia. It left Rafe and her in a vicious game of bickering and pent up frustration, but it had to be let out somehow. Right?
