As he fights those who would oppose and circumvent the free will of those he knows and cares for, as he fights through the ghosts of his past that still haunt him. Over 100 years after the fall.

Izuku Midoriya was the average kid who stood out because he was born quirkless in a quirk-based world. Growing up bullied by his childhood best friend, he grew to have depression and anxiety. The day he decided to jump, he didn't know that one action would change the course of his life. Being part of the LOV, he was trained to be the perfect weapon, the quirks he was given, were perfect for stealth and hard missions. He was happy and content with the life he was living, not caring that no matter where he went, blood was spilt. Kacchan was a prodigy. Powerful and learned quick. Angry and feared but when his old friend goes missing, he blamed himself. He cut off most of his friends to focus on being the top hero to make up for what he did. When he finally runs into him after two years, he is shocked to see what has happened to the supposedly dead boy. Eyes filled with death and coldness. Scars covering his body and now suddenly has quirks? He realized quickly that they may be right next to each other but they lived worlds apart. . . . TW!! Izuku Midoriya: the truest hero of all time.
Izuku Midoriya formerly izuku yagi had a good life up until he was diagnosed quirkless. He was neglected and beaten by his own (all might, magnetic and Izumi) family and (1A) friends. Over the years izuku learn how to defend himself in private, read comics from before quirks were around and learning about heroes quirks. One day, while izuku is running away from his tormentors, he runs into the forest to lose them. After he does he realizes he's lost and then he sees a meteor coming towards him. After it crashes izuku feels like it's calling to him, he goes near it and almost in an instant he feels a sudden surge of power and strength he never felt before. Now with these new abilities he will become the next number one hero and symbol of hope.
