Clay has a secret, unable to be shared with anyone. Only his brother, Elliot, knows about the situation he goes through at home. Daily abuse drives Clay as well as Elliot insane, but he continues to act tough at school, a rebellious personality becoming his own. Elliot, the witness of the abuse, is slowly becoming a person he never wished to be. Daily nightmares, flashbacks, panic attacks and hopelessness begin to break him apart more and more the longer he has to stay quiet about what's going on. On top of that, he starts struggling with his sexuality as well and begins to lose a sense of reality... Will the two ever get out of the pain they have to go through? Clay has always had difficulty communicating due to a young diagnosed anxiety disorder. After countless of arguments with his father, leading to domestic violence and physical abuse, self harm seems Clay's way to escape from his traumas. But because of his quiet and mysterious personality, his classmates like him as much as Clay likes himself, basically not at all... He feels alone and falls into a deep circle of starvation and self harm. However, that quickly changes when he meets someone. Someone who sticks up for him for the first time ever. The boy, Josh, quickly becomes Clay's best friend, inseparable from each other. At least, that's what Clay thinks, but if that's the truth...
