Follow the Marauders and Lily through their time at Hogwarts, through the eyes of Lily and James. The war hasn't properly begun yet, so what could go wrong? Only a lot. Remus mysteriously vanishes once a month, people randomly go missing, James annoys Lily, and Severus gets interested in the Dark Arts, and this is only their first year.

He's grown sick of this game of pretend, where everyone acts as if everything's fine when it's really not. His friend group is drifting apart, his grades are plummeting and now there are all these expectations! Something needs to change this year. Whether that's for the better or the worse is yet to be determined.
