Serafeim Athanasiou-Thompson was a boy who grew up too quickly, even experiencing death more times than anyone should. Yet here he stood, in the city of Paris, away from the crime-infested streets of Gotham City.
He left his crime fighting days behind him when he was 15, and quite frankly, didn't intend to start again. But when an old friend and mentor shows up telling him about a rightfully born half-demon? That changes everything about his retirement plans.
But he never truly expected what was to come from stepping back into the crime fighting world--even as a mere teacher.
All he hopes, is that lady Tyche has his side for once.

Damian, the bloodson and heir to both the Cowl and the Demon's Head, wants nothing to do with the French Class who has won the Wayne Enterprises Summer Internship, yet his father insists he needs better interpersonal skills. He supposes it won't kill him to try to work with this supposedly skilled class president if it means that everyone will get off his back for being 'aggressively asocial' (although he will still keep NDAs on standby). A seal of fate, a blood right, and a hidden prophecy lead Marinette and Damian on a rollercoaster of emotions, humourous misunderstandings, and comeuppance -- and marriage?! ___ Basically my attempt at a soulmate AU, full of just about every Damianette cliche and trope I can think of.
