The Other Side of the Tracks

Meadow and Grayson have been best friends since grade three and they couldn't be more different. Meadow is the happy, carefree type while though easy-going, Grayson is brooding. They truly think that together, their bond is strong enough to take on anything, but can they take on this?

Meadow's frail heart only has a few months left to beat inside of her, even with assistance. The only way she'll survive is with a transplant, but being on the bottom of the waiting list, she's looking death in the eyes rather than getting the surgery.

Meadow knew she was going to die, but she had no idea that it would be without her best friend.
