The Babysitter

Eiji Douglas, 16, stood out enough to fit in. He's the shortest in his school, beating all the freshmen. He's half Japanese, but he isn't an anime freak, born to be picked on. He's smart enough not to be a nerd. Quiet enough to not be shy.
Tommy Joe Ratliff, 28, stood out. A lot. He's pretty much an everything activist. He owns 10 cats, so he's the cat 'lady' in his area. He puts on makeup to look darker, but it just enhances his feminine features even more. He's been jumping from job to job. He pretty much lives in his own world of hating Christians and listening to less happy songs by 'The Cure.'
They were living in their own little bubble until Tommy stumbled across Maya.
