Lydia is a 17 year old girl in her junior year of high school. She's very good swimmer.
However she is different, she might seem normal but her mom is a mermaid and her dad is a human. She never met her mother because her mother had to return to the sea.
Jasper is Lydia's bestfriend and has been for a very long time.
He's on the swim team with Lydia and he's a pretty average swimmer.
What Lydia doesn't realize is that Jasper has loved her for a very long time and he wishes he could tell her but he doesn't want to risk losing his best friend.
Jasper thought he was a completely normal 17 year old but that was until he started to transform into something he didn't even think exsisted. Or believed in.
And that's where Lydia's and Jasper's story begins.

Green tails mean their element is Nature and earth, orange and yellow is light, purple is shadows, pink is wind and then there is blue for water and red for fire. But, when a princess is born with a tail holding 5 out of 6 of the elemental colors and starts getting hunted at the age of one. There was only one thing the king could do to keep his precious babygirl safe and that's what he had done. Amelia Light was adopted at the age of one. Knowing the truth she feel's that these people are her real family even if they aren't by blood.
